User Terms & Acceptable Use
Prohibited Activities
Users of B.Y.P.A.S.S are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- •Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or exploit the protection mechanisms implemented by B.Y.P.A.S.S
- •Hooking, intercepting, or tampering with API endpoints or server communications
- •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the service
- •Exploiting vulnerabilities or security flaws for any purpose
- •Automated access, scraping, or mass requests intended to abuse or overload the service
Enforcement Policy
While the activities listed above are strictly prohibited, B.Y.P.A.S.S maintains a unique enforcement approach:
Due to our minimal logging infrastructure and privacy-focused architecture, we do not maintain records that would enable us to identify individual users who violate these terms.
Consequently, while such activities remain strictly prohibited by these terms, no direct penalties or sanctions will be applied to individual users, as we cannot determine who is responsible for specific violations.
Service Protection Measures
Despite the lack of individual enforcement, B.Y.P.A.S.S implements various protective measures at the system level:
- •Automated detection systems to identify suspicious patterns
- •Rate limiting and throttling mechanisms
- •Technical countermeasures against common exploitation techniques
- •Continuous security updates and improvements
Publisher API Keys
By holding an API key you agree not to reverse engineer the product, not to abuse or exploit it, and not to share the key. Keys that do not generate any new links for 15 consecutive days are blocked until staff restores them.
Intended Use
B.Y.P.A.S.S is designed exclusively for legitimate content protection purposes. Users should employ the service only to:
- •Protect their own content and links
- •Generate revenue through legitimate advertisement providers
- •Implement access control for digital content distribution
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability or technical issue with B.Y.P.A.S.S, we encourage responsible disclosure through our official communication channels rather than exploitation. Contact us via Discord for such reports.
Service Availability
B.Y.P.A.S.S reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we detect patterns of abuse that threaten service stability or integrity, regardless of our ability to identify specific individuals.

By using B.Y.P.A.S.S, you agree to use the service responsibly and ethically. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
