Service Provision

B.Y.P.A.S.S is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the service, its functionality, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. The service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of internet and electronic communications.

Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through B.Y.P.A.S.S are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all transactions, including but not limited to:

• •API access purchases
• •Premium features or subscriptions
• •Any other paid services or features

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Publisher API Keys

API keys are issued for legitimate wrapping only. Holding a key means you agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, abuse, overload, or exploit the product, and not to share or leak the key.

If no new links are generated with an API key for 15 consecutive days, that key is automatically blocked. Restoration requires contacting staff. Completions on existing links do not reset this window.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B.Y.P.A.S.S and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• •Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• •Any other matter relating to the service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B.Y.P.A.S.S and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice or liability. This includes but is not limited to features, pricing, and availability.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
